2012 started me on the journey to college counseling. I knew - from sitting on Notre Dame's alumni board for 15 years assisting with recruiting students - that if we wanted to see more than the same on the list of student recruits, we would have to increase the pool of students. And, if students are to be in the best position to finding the best college fit, the process must start in 9th grade.
